Nothing on this list is going to be that hard to do.

Tip One -  Give everyone in the house chores to do.

Family can really help to make that kitchen messy and it is not just up to you to keep it clean.  Make sure that everyone does their part.  Don’t allow anyone to get to slack off when it comes to keeping your kitchen clean.

If your son and his friends walk in to the kitchen to get something to drink and a snack and they make a mess… it shouldn’t be you that has to clean it up.  It’s good for them because it teaches them responsibility,  but it also makes them think twice about making the mess in the first place.

Tip Two -  Get Yourself Some Post It Notes to Use for Organization

Those little yellow post it notes work great for all kinds of things,  but I find that they do really well for keeping the kitchen tidy.  Now,  it may be just because I am a little bit of a fanatic when it comes to keeping my kitchen clean,  but I use them all of the time.

Got a bunch of leftovers in the refrigerator and you aren’t quite sure if they are old enough to get thrown out or not?  You would know if you stuck one of those little notes on the tupperware with the date on it.  Want to get messages across to your family?  Put it on a note and then put on the refrigerator.

Tip Three -   Take a Day off When You Need to

You won’t be able to get everything done if you are worn out and tired,  so don’t be afraid to take a day off when you need to.  Everyone needs to get their rest and as much as I do love to be in the kitchen,  there are certainly some days when that is just not the case at all.

So,  even though this is not a tip that is directly related to work,  it still helps to keep that kitchen clean because you are ready to get back to work when you are well rested.  You have to save yourself from burning out,  ya know?

Tip Four -  Top to Bottom

Don’t make the mistake of doing things the wrong way.  Going backwards is not how you get the job done.  I have to say that I think it is funny when I see someone clean the floor first and then do the counter tops.  And they end up getting crumbs back on that floor that they had just mopped up!

Go from top to bottom so that when you clean your floor, it really IS the last thing that you need to clean.  You don’t have to do as much work when you do it the right way the very first time.

Between having to keep the house clean,  running errands throughout the day and then putting in all of the time that I do in the kitchen,  I don’t think I would hardly make it until noon if I did not have that morning cup of coffee.  What I like most about the Bunn coffee brewer is the sheer elegance of the way that it looks in my kitchen when it is not in use.  It looks good enough that you don’t have to worry about covering it up or hiding it when company comes over.

It’s fast too as all ten cups are done in just about 3 minutes,  so even if a welcomed crowd surprises you,  you don’t have to worry about it taking forever for you to brew up some coffee quickly for them.  And this is not some cheap coffee maker that you expect to break in a couple of years.  It is made of commercial grade materials and includes stainless steel parts.  While the price may be a bit higher than some of the coffee makers that are out there,  it sure makes up for that with the fact that it will probably be the cornerstone of your counter top for years to come.

Now, there are a couple of potential drawbacks as you may consider the price to be a little bit on the higher side.  I kind of felt that way too at first,  until I realized that I was buying a coffee maker that was going to last and not one that is going to just break down in a few years.  So,  when you do look at the long term value,  the price should not be too much of an issue.

Even though I probably do use it more than anyone else in my house,  it is simple enough that just about anyone can use it and make scrumptious pizza creations even if they don’t have that much cooking experience.  While it may not parallel what you get at the little pizza shop around the corner from your house,  it still does a neat job.

Those that do not normally like to cook much of anything would get a kick out of this snazzy little thing,  I would think.  You can go wild with your imagination and create whatever kind of pizza that you like and you can’t beat that.  Myself, I like to toss a little ham and canned pineapple on it and make my own little Hawaiian pizza creation.

It comes with a non stick surface that cleans off easily and stays looking nice so long as you don’t try and use anything too abrasive such as steel wool to clean it off.  You also have a timer to let you know when everything is ready,  so once you get set up,  you can go off and do whatever else it is that you want to.  Now,  that is something that really is priceless.

The Presto 03430 Pizzazz Pizza Oven is good for both frozen pizzas that you buy in the store and also for making your own raw dough and creating your own concoction.  That is the option that I usually prefer,  as it allows me to create all kinds of varieties so that it does not feel as though we are always eating the same cheese pizza over and over again.

You don’t have to use it just for creating pizza,  either.  Do you like egg rolls?  Perhaps you are a fan of chicken wings or other appetizers and side dishes?  You can use this over for all of that stuff and most of it ends up cooking in far less time than it would take in your conventional oven.

There are some drawbacks to using this neat little pizza oven,  though.  Depending on what variety of frozen pizza you are cooking,  the timing may need to be adjusted a little bit.  As is the same with the raw dough variety versus the frozen kind.  And you may also note that sometimes the toppings do not cook at the same rate as the dough does,  so that is another little adjustment that you may have to make.
